Our customer drop it while chasing his friends and this happened, the LCD screen didn't really crack all the way but part of it already causes bad damages. Some vertical lines on the side and the background turned pink.

He can't stand looking at the vertical lines and sissy background colour so came to us for solutions. We immediately replace the LCD screen with a new one and took us only 10 minutes. Can you tell which is new and old?

Another flip phone victim, Motorola V3i. Customer said he changed it before around 9 months ago but not at Planet Mobile Tech Center and now happened again. We asked him how often he flip the phone and he answered "i have a bad habit, that is flipping my phone for no reason" so we adviced him to quit the bad habit or change a candy bar phone which is a stupid thing to do(actually we love this type of customer, easy money).

Nokia 3120 on/off problem, our tech center manage to solve it by changing...

What happen here was the customer used it until the on/off rubber became soft and make a hole later on. So, the phone cannot on. Then he tried to use the pen to reach for the on/off switch to turn on the phone. Its legal to sodomise a gadget but luckily the switch only damage not the PCB board. We saw before even worse cases but don't wanna talk about it.



So our tech center replace the on/off rubber and the on/off switch with new ones.



TADA... the phone is back in working condition...thanks to Planet Mobile Tech Center. The customer only paid RM25 for the damage he made.

• Locate the charging pin from the right(old models), 1st and 4th pin(new models).


• Try to see if the pins is clean and shiny means contact still good.

• Now test again see if its charging properly.

If is not working after cleaning the pins, that means you can start banging the charger or the problem causes by other parts. Simple trick if your gadget have network problems.

Sometimes the network signal bar will go up and down or no signal at all. Here is a simple trick but Planet Mobile will not gurantee 100% working. Anyway, no harm trying and remember do it at your own risk!.

Here is the trick:

• Remove the simcard from your gadget and clean the gold color chip with some contact cleaner or just a clean cloth. You can also use an ink eraser(any brand will do) to rub on it to make it shine (might causes damage if rub elsewhere). You will notice some dirty residue removed from the chip.
• Now make sure the chip is fully dry up (no need lubricant) if you use the liquid cleaner and if you use the ink eraser make sure no filthy dirt sticking around.
• Put it back to the gadget and see if the trick works.(only works sometime)

Delete themes that cannot be found in app manager

Here is how:
You need to hook up your N95 to your PC via the USB and access the data transfer mode,and you need to make sure your file explorer can view hidden folders.
You'll find the theme filesin a folder named 'Private',in this folder are lots of other folders.Go to the folder named '10207114' and then eneter the folder inside called 'Import'
In here are all the themes on your sd card.
You have to open every folder and then look in the skn folder to find the name of the theme as the folders are named by numbers and not the theme itself,if the PC doesn't allow you to open the file then choose to open it with Notepad,then scroll across until you see the name of the theme and usually it'll say the creators name too.
Once you know it's the theme you want to delete then you have to delete the whole folder including including the mbm,mif,ini and skn folders.
