Here is the trick:
- Remove the simcard from your gadget and clean the gold color chip with some contact cleaner or just a clean cloth. You can also use an ink eraser(any brand will do) to rub on it to make it shine (might causes damage if rub elsewhere). You will notice some dirty residue removed from the chip.
- Now make sure the chip is fully dry up (no need lubricant) if you use the liquid cleaner and if you use the ink eraser make sure no filthy dirt sticking around.
- Put it back to the gadget and see if the trick works.(only works sometime)
If it works, congratulation! you lucky b@$+@®D. If it doesn't, no worries you don't have to tantrum, you still have Planet Mobile to fix the problem. Just send it in to us and we'll fix it for you.(Of course is not free).
