Can you tell which is new and old?Another flip phone victim, Motorola V3i. Customer said he changed it before around 9 months ago but not at Planet Mobile Tech Center and now happened again. We asked him how often he flip the phone and he answered "i have a bad habit, that is flipping my phone for no reason" so we adviced him to quit the bad habit or change a candy bar phone which is a stupid thing to do(actually we love this type of customer, easy money).
Planet Mobile Tech Center have replaced it perfectly fit, or else the keypad will jam...
Within 30 minutes the display is back and everything is working fine. The customer is happy with our work and paid rm70, we gave 3 months warranty.
- The moral of the story is do not flip open the phone if there is no reason for it. Save the life span of the ribbon for longer usage.
