What happen here was the customer used it until the on/off rubber became soft and make a hole later on. So, the phone cannot on. Then he tried to use the pen to reach for the on/off switch to turn on the phone. Its legal to sodomise a gadget but luckily the switch only damage not the PCB board. We saw before even worse cases but don't wanna talk about it.
So our tech center replace the on/off rubber and the on/off switch with new ones.
TADA... the phone is back in working condition...thanks to Planet Mobile Tech Center. The customer only paid RM25 for the damage he made.
- The moral of the story is try not to be over smart... the on/off rubber actually only cost rm10 but now he has to pay extra rm15 for what he has done.(Sodomise the phone).
